Global Curation & Handling
Each Kashmiri Pashmina piece is meticulously inspected and hand-wrapped in our Srinagar atelier. Due to the delicate nature of artisanal work, please allow 3–5 business days for handling and inspection before dispatch.
International Delivery
Estimated delivery times for standard international shipping are as follows:
- India: 4–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–14 business days
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for more time-sensitive treasuries. Please note that duties and taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Return Policy
As an artisanal house, each of our pieces is deeply personal. However, if you are not enchanted with your selection, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of receipt. The piece must be in its original, pristine condition, including all documentation of authenticity.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. To initiate an exchange for another of our heritage pieces, please contact our concierge through the contact page.
